SPHIOR Ops Console for Monday
SPHIOR Ops Console for Monday retains no copies of your board content by design. This page explains how to remove the small amount of configuration and token data the App does store.
1. Uninstall to delete
Uninstalling SPHIOR Ops Console for Monday from your monday.com account deletes your stored configuration (schedules and job settings), your OAuth tokens (monday and, if connected, Google), any Undo snapshots for that account, and your entry in the App's global index.
2. Request deletion without uninstalling
To request deletion without uninstalling, email support@sphior.com with your monday.com account name. We will process the request within 30 days.
3. What we retain
By design we retain no copies of your board or business data. Undo snapshots — the only customer content the App holds — are encrypted and automatically deleted after 30 days regardless of any request. Anonymous, aggregate usage counts contain no personal data or board content.
