Before you contact support

Collecting the following helps us resolve your issue quickly:

  1. monday account name — the account (workspace) where the app is installed.
  2. Plan — free, starter, pro, or business.
  3. The board and action — which board, and which action you ran (dedupe, find & replace, bulk archive, export, or recurring).
  4. What you expected vs. what happened — a short description, with the timestamp if known.
  5. Screenshots — with the browser console / network panel visible if it’s a UI issue.
Privacy note. Please don’t paste sensitive board content into email. SPHIOR staff have no direct access to your installation — a clear description and a screenshot are usually enough for us to help.

Common questions

Is my data safe?

Yes. We never store your board data. Content is processed transiently and deleted after each operation. The only thing retained is a short-lived, encrypted Undo snapshot, which is automatically deleted after 30 days.

How do I undo an archive?

monday’s API cannot un-archive items, so archived items are restored from your board’s Archive / Recycle bin (the board ••• menu). Our Undo restores cell-value changes (e.g. find & replace) directly — the app shows the exact steps in-context.

My exports aren’t arriving in Google Drive

Ensure Google Drive is connected in Settings and that you granted the drive.file permission. Files are delivered to the “SPHIOR Exports” folder in your Drive. If a scheduled export didn’t run, check that the schedule is enabled and that your plan includes scheduled exports.

How do I change plans?

Plans (free / starter / pro / business) are managed through monday.com’s billing on the app listing. Changing your plan doesn’t affect your settings or snapshots — it’s a tier change, not a reinstall.

Delete my data

Uninstall the app to delete your account’s configuration, OAuth tokens, and any Undo snapshots. To request deletion without uninstalling, email support@sphior.com — we process requests within 30 days. Full details are on the Data deletion page.

Known platform limitations

  • monday has no un-archive API — restore archived items from the board’s Archive / Recycle bin.
  • Very large boards are processed in pages and may take longer to complete.

Getting started, feature guides, and FAQs are also available inside the app. Because SPHIOR Ops Console runs entirely inside monday.com, there is no shared SPHIOR service to monitor — if the app isn’t functioning, the issue is within your monday.com installation.
